REBBL Category Manager


REBBL is a fast-growing beverage company based out of Emeryville, California. We craft coconut-milk elixirs that are a reflection of our obsessive attention to ingredient purity, potency and authenticity.  We were born out of a conscious collaboration between global thought-leaders whose purpose was to address the malfunctioning global food system through a regenerative business model that would respect, uplift, and delight the world. We are deeply committed to supporting human dignity through impact sourcing and supply chain integrity. 2.5% of our net sales go to Not For Sale, our co-founder and nonprofit partner, to help us create a future without human trafficking. Through initiatives with our grower communities, we strive to stop trafficking before it happens, and in our efforts with Not for Sale, we support at-risk individuals and the healing of those who have been trafficked.

Our REBBL Category Manager will be a cross-functional team member that is our subject matter expert in leading insights through syndicated data sources.  Key responsibilities include:

      Evaluating and implementing our data resource tools to drive strategic plan development and REBBL’s leadership in the natural functional beverage segment

      Develop sales insight tools and presentations for customer facing meetings

      Develop relationships with key partners to drive our growth initiatives at the account level

      Collaborate with our marketing team on consumer insights, trends and opportunities

      Build and lead monthly business reviews that provide insights to trends, competitive intel, opportunities and action plans

What We’re Looking For

A Category Manager with a pioneering spirit, who loves to dig into the data, find areas of opportunity, build solutions and gain alignment across our organization.  Key skills will include:

      Analytical expertise in working with syndicated data sources, including Spins, IRI and Nielsen

      Experience in influencing through data and insights

      Strong teamwork and interpersonal mindset that drives alignment across functions, both internally and externally

      A great solution finder who leads with how something can be accomplished vs. why won’t it work

      Accomplished communicator and great at building compelling stories based on the facts

      Flexibility that makes a dynamic workload exciting vs. intimidating

      Humble confidence. The ability to own the initiative, listen and learn from others and be bold in the recommendations


Education and Experience

      Bachelor’s degree or above preferred

      3 – 5 years of category mgmt experience in roles of increased responsibility

      Experience working with key customers on category development

      Responsible, self-motivated, dependable, and engaging

      Strong written and oral communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
