Our REBBL eCommerce Manager will lead all aspects pertaining to our online retail presence including direct to consumer and partnered (retailer online stores) channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments and can manage day-to-day details while driving overall strategy in conjunction with the sales and marketing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee management of all eCommerce channels
    • Current owned channels (Amazon)
    • Partnered channels: Online delivery services such as Instacart & Fresh Direct
    • Build for success on new channels (D2C/ online store)


  • Work with Leadership Team, Marketing, and Innovation to help set eCommerce strategies and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and, critically ensure exceptional delivery against KPIs
  • Manage eCommerce related agencies
  • Work on analytics to develop ongoing learnings and compile a monthly report to share with management, highlighting ROI
    • Navigate the ever-shifting world of eCommerce as well as our ongoing company learnings to help evolve eCommerce plans and pivot when necessary
  • Review economics (in addition to other learnings as well) of existing online business model and develop recommendations for future growth
  • Work with Marketing to maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging across all eCommerce channels
  • Responsible for execution of marketing strategy on eCommerce; including web presence, monitor search results ranking on Amazon and Google, monitor and maintain Google Analytics integration and KPI tracking, and performing SEO/ SEM optimization
  • Find and secure like-minded eCommerce partners to help create a big statement on the web
  • Determine other eCommerce partners/consultants that are needed to strengthen our business
  • Partner with R&D and Marketing to determine the right product at the right time via testing

Amazon and Partnered Channels

  • Drive and monitor daily sales on Amazon
  • Monitor feedback, rating, reviews and provide instant feedback to Customer support, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation team
  • Set up, manage, and optimize product listings across all eCommerce channels (including product title, descriptions, images, keywords, and other contents)
  • Manage A+ product pages
  • Oversee Amazon marketing and promotional tactics including AMS and AMG
  • Manage and resolve ad-hoc channel issues (including issues in system integration, product listing, etc.)
  • Manage existing relationship with agency Ideoclick and access resource needs
  • Work with Sales to execute and manage all promotions and campaigns across partnered channels

Future Channels

  • Partner with Marketing, agency, and vendor partners to launch a D2C platform hosted on
  • Work with Operations and Supply Chain team to set up a system to support D2C and review and access monthly web sales forecast
  • Work with Marketing to develop and execute a customer acquisition plan designed to maximize site traffic, enhance the user experience, grow customer base and drive sales growth on
  • Manage product inventory, images, and content
  • Analyze data, native dashboards, and custom reporting provided through eCommerce platform to understand how consumers are responding to and talking about REBBL
  • Monitor incoming customer inquiries on and work with Customer Service to ensure optimal customer experience

Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred
  • Experience with snack foods, beverage or CPG brands
  • Experience in campaign marketing development, planning, and execution
  • 3-5 years in eCommerce management and operations experiences with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify, Magento, or others
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and planning within the D2C space
  • Working knowledge behind 3pl fulfillment
  • Must be sales driven, detail oriented and have experience with analysis tools (Google Analytics and Google AdWords)
  • Have an understanding of web analytics, SEO/SEM, blogging, email marketing, and CRM integration, and analytics
  • Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with external agencies
