WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Sales Support Manager to join our team in a full-time, salaried role based in Emeryville, CA. This position will report to the Director of Business Development.

 

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the REBBL sales team for optimized sales support and enablement.
  • Manages Salesforce platform to handle all basic administrative functions including data upload, maintenance & reconciliation, ensure data integrity, manage workflows and other routine tasks.
  • Co create and develop dashboards in Salesforce as business needs arise as the in-house Salesforce expert.
  • Create and maintain sales support selling documents and tools and stay up to date with new product and feature launches to ensure commercial teams are equipped with necessary information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to assist with identifying product demand and sales forecast needs for production planning process.
  • Perform in market surveys to test and confirm conclusions and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to analyze data to help create excel tools and tracking documents that identify actionable sales opportunities.
  • Work various sales events and trade shows by interacting with consumers & customers and educating people about the REBBL mission and product portfolio offerings.
  • Manage various national account to support with administration management needs.
  • Interest in the Sales pipeline, execution and associated processes as this role will evolve and grow as REBBL continues to grow.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
