As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in a full-time role. This salaried position will interact directly with all departments and report to the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting




  • Point person for leading month end close process (Accruals, Journal Entries etc.)
  • Prepare Account Reconciliations for all Balance Sheet accounts, maintaining a strong set of records and documentation
  • Handles all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties and related transactions. Ensures cash disbursements and collections adhere and comply with internal policies and GAAP
  • Ensuring and fostering an environment of strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP
  • Key point person within the Organization as it relates to accounting and internal control questions/inquiries
  • Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Preparing ad hoc reports and analysis as required


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance and Accounting related field, CPA is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management.
  • Possess strong critical thinking skills
  • Have a strong continuous improvement mindset
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Food & Beverage environment is preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience utilizing ERP Financial Software (i.e. SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
  • Proficient using Excel
