The REBBL Marketing Coordinator will act as a project manager, grassroots marketer and product champion to help support the REBBL Marketing team in delivering day-to-day execution of the Marketing Plan. Areas of support will include social media, Field Marketing operations and logistics, trade and consumer communications, reporting and presentation building, and general Marketing Department support.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Social Media (40%)
    • Create, schedule, and publish content across REBBL’s social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and our blog, demonstrating a REBBLheartedness at every brand touchpoint
    • Engage with our Tribe’s user generated content, along with brand and influencer partners’ content via the brand account
    • Manage “Tribe Relations” (Customer Relations) across socials and ensure all communication is in the brand’s voice (e.g. Direct messages, Instagram Stories, comments, etc.)
    • Provide strategic input when creating and maintaining the brand's Social Editorial Calendar
    • Work with Community Manager to strategize and develop multi-brand engagements that align with larger brand programs and campaigns
    • Identify influencer partnership opportunities to reach new audiences and support the Communications and Digital Marketing Manager with influencer relationship management, logistics and engagements
    • Act as the point-of-contact for daily Boosted Posts with our Media Agency, and engage on weekly meetings with the Agency team
    • Analyze and report on social data to strategically inform ongoing social messaging in partnership with our Media Agency
    • Continually track social acceleration and engagement against KPIs
    • Stay in the know on digital and social trends, and share insights and findings with the Brand Team
  • POS Management and Fulfillment (20%)
    • Management and allocation-planning of Marketing’s Point of Sale materials and swag inventory
    • Management of the Swag budget across all areas of the department
    • Coordinate outgoing Marketing product shipments and act as point-of-contact for collaborators throughout project lifecycles including brands, influencer partners, media, and the Field Team
    • Conduct research on vendors and partners for Themed Mailers / brand kit materials and contents for integrated campaigns, product launches, etc.
    • Work with vendors for apparel, Point of Sale materials, and other marketing collateral, and project manage the ordering, processing, and distribution of materials
    • Support Field Marketing Director in ensuring all elements are shipped in a timely manner for all trade shows
    • Manage coupon program under strategic collaborative direction of the Field & Retail Marketing Director, track effectiveness and report findings
  • Marketing Assets and Communications (15%)
    • Oversee and manage the Marketing Department email account and correspond with potential brand partners, influencers, Nourishment Specialists, trade partners, etc. ensuring consistent, authentic communication
    • Maintain and manage the year-long Integrated Marketing Calendar including Brand, Field, PR, and Influencer engagements
    • Maintain organization and conduct routine refreshing of the Brand Assets folder with all graphic assets, and act as the liaison for the team’s graphic needs (e.g. sharing bottle renders with Sales, distributing Sale Sheets, etc.)
  • Presentation and Recap Support (15%)
    • Assist in developing content for sales and marketing presentations and tools
    • Compile, organize, beautify and share the Sales & Marketing Monthly Recaps
    • Assemble quarterly competitive recap/ report
  • Administration and General Marketing Support (10%)
    • Support SVP Marketing and SVP sales with scheduling meetings/ calendar bookings/ expenses/ and general administrative needs
    • Support team with researching regulatory and packaging mandatories
    • Monitor and maintain a record of active projects and team budgets
    • Support on special projects
    • Participate in trade shows as needed
    • Event support during key campaign activation

What Were Looking For

  • As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, long term role. This salaried position will interact directly with all departments and report to the Communications and Digital Marketing Manager.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with social media, and an eagerness to learn and help nurture and grow our brand as we scale it to the next level.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Bachelor's degree required, recent MBA grad is a plus
  • 1-3 years consumer packaged goods or food industry experience
  • 1-2 years social media experience with a brand, CPG preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in a productive environment as a hands-on team player who can also operate independently
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Must be highly organized and have a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office required, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Experience with web-based programs and NetSuite or other similar ERP systems a plus
  • Interest in / knowledge of graphic design, mechanical files and packaging design
