We are deeply committed to supporting human dignity through impact sourcing and supply chain integrity. 2.5% of our net sales go to Not For Sale, our nonprofit partner, to support their efforts in eradicating human trafficking. Through initiatives with our grower communities, we strive to stop trafficking before it happens, and in our efforts with Not for Sale, we support the healing of those who have been trafficked.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Sourcing Manager to join our team in a full-time, long term role. This salaried position will interact directly with all departments and report to the VP of Operations.




-        Lead ingredient and packaging contract and procurement processes to insure consistent supply and quality from primary and secondary sources (forecasting, specifications, requirements, pricing, logistics, etc.)

-        Insure that contracts align with the REBBL Impact Purchasing Process and the REBBL Code of Conduct

-        Own packaging and ingredient costs and deliver on COGS / Financial company goals

-        Support the Product Development team with current and pipeline innovation needs (ingredients, research projects, managing timelines)

-        Lead negotiations and action planning of indirect spend as needed (such as service agreements outside of Operations department)

-        Maintain positive relationships with partners, suppliers, vendors

-        Drive savings opportunities utilizing a continuous improvement mindset

-        Other duties as assigned



-        Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Sustainability, Business or related field

-        Sourcing and procurement experience in a Food & Beverage environment is preferred

-        Ability to travel on an infrequent basis to visit suppliers, service providers, manufacturing facilities, events, training, and team bonding sessions
