Commitment to Impact
We are deeply committed to supporting human dignity through impact sourcing and supply chain integrity. 2.5% of our net sales go to Not For Sale, our nonprofit partner, to support their efforts in eradicating human trafficking. Through initiatives with our grower communities, we strive to stop trafficking before it happens, and in our efforts with Not for Sale, we support the healing of those who have been trafficked.

A REBBL NYC Metro Market Representative is evaluated based on their ability to empower partners, achieve sales goals, and exhibit strong leadership qualities. Representatives will use systems that support efficiency and efficacy in all areas of work. An ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate obstacles, overcome action paralysis, and manage hundreds of accounts in a highly competitive market. The REBBL team is looking for a sales representative who will uphold the values of our purpose-driven business model while making bold moves to support innovative wins.



-Achieve all established objectives and targets through tenacious dedication to REBBL’s success in the market

-Outside sales planning, merchandising, and new business development.

-Grow REBBL business through diligent and informed communications to our distributors, brokers, retailers, and REBBL team partners.

-Acquire new retail (on-premise and off-premise accounts) and create new business opportunities through creating, analyzing, and executing innovative promotions.

-Engage and educate new REBBL Consumers and Sales by organizing and executing high-impact retail events and in-store demonstrations.

-Organize the placement and maintenance of REBBL Coolers in Manhattan.

-Support East Coast Team Special Projects outside of primary market basis.

-Implement, monitor, and analyze creative sales tactics and report outcomes.

-Train and/or mentor brand ambassadors, distribution, and merchandising partners.

-Discuss and commit to 30/60/90 goals and annually based KPIs.

-Increase velocity and product mix in current doors and key retailers.


Job Specifics

-Full-time, salaried position, located in New York City

-40+ hours per week, medical benefits

-Ability to be on public transit, walk long distances, endure outside conditions year round

-Ability to work a five-day work week that includes one day on the weekend

-Ability to lift at least 50 lbs an execute delivery of REBBL cases in the Field

-Valid driver's license and demonstrated driving skills in urban areas

-Ability to plan and organize (frequently-changing) schedule according to travel, and priority

-Exceptional leadership experience with the ability to lead and influence team members.


Education and Experience

-1-3 years combined experience in a sales territory, activating new markets and/or working with key retailers

-Strong written and oral communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite

-Proven track record of result driven planning and project management

-Spanish speaker is preferred.
