As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in a full-time, long-term, salaried role.  This role will be a remote role, based out of Southern California.




  • Provide ongoing on-site production oversight and leadership
  • Collaborate with service providers, suppliers, operations, and innovations teams to plan for and execute the manufacturing production processes
  • Create, manage, and improve manufacturing specifications and standards to deliver consistent product quality and adherence to the Food Safety Plan requirements
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues as required
  • Conduct production meetings, complete reports, and drive improvement plans
  • Conduct ongoing vendor audits and maintain positive relationships
  • Lead continuous improvement projects in your area of responsibility
  • Other duties as assigned




  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Manufacturing, Food Science, Science, or Engineering related field
  • Experience in a Food & Beverage manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Experience with analytical methods and laboratory equipment preferred
  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel on an infrequent basis to visit suppliers, service providers, manufacturers, events, trade shows, training, and team bonding sessions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support production runs
