As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in a full-time, long term role. This salaried position will interact directly with all departments and report to the VP of Operations.




  • Lead and support food quality and safety initiatives
  • Insure continued compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Manage the Food Safety Plan
  • Monitor and implement QA systems, policies, documentation, procedures, specifications, and standards as required
  • Support the Operations team by providing on-site supervision of production runs
  • Support the Product Development team with current and pipeline innovation needs
  • Manage certification systems such as Organic
  • Maintain positive relationships with partners, suppliers, vendors
  • Drive opportunities utilizing a continuous improvement mindset
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Food Science or Science related field
  • Experience in a Food & Beverage environment is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to travel on an infrequent basis to visit suppliers, service providers, events, training, and team bonding sessions
  • Ability to travel on a frequent basis to manufacturing facilities
